Link blending

Explaining link blending is better done with some examples:

In other words, adding a plus sign (+) somewhere at the end of one (but only one) word somewhere in the link’s address (both external URL or local page name) results in that address expanded into the caption (this only works when no caption is explicitly given).

The plus sign separates word’s stem with word’s ending so that the formatr and the latter go to the address and the former (but not the latter) goes to the caption consuming characters until the word ends (after )) token is closed).
This separation can happen in the middle of address if it contains several words:

Double equality signs (==) were added in order to explicitly set blank caption – otherwise link blending doesn’t work: «break.
